Earlestown – now Newton-le-Willows library

Brief description

Designed by J Myrtle Smith in a baroque style to harmonise with the former technical school which it sits next to. It is now known as Newton-le-Willows community library.

Current status: Still open as a public library, run by St Helens council (2017)
